Connect to what your body needs

Physically. Emotionally. Spiritually.

As of January 1st, 2024, I will be taking a short break from in person massage therapy services. If you would like to receive updates on when services will be resuming please JOIN the newsletter below! Thank you for your patience and understanding as I navigate this postpartum time.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, I believe in the importance of treating the body holistically…

I can help you to:

Build awareness and tune in to what your body needs

Find relief from tension and discomfort

Feel more connected to your whole self

Support your overall wellness

I welcome everyone (not just pregnant and postpartum folks) into my massage clinic.

My work is slow, allowing the nervous system to integrate changes happening on a physical level.

My massage treatments blend together multiple soft tissue techniques personalized to your needs and wants, including Swedish massage, myofascial techniques, hydrotherapy and trigger point therapy.

My work inevitably weaves together my experiences as a mover, movement educator and body worker.

I approach each new client with curiosity and respect and believe beyond all else that each person knows their body best.

Set aside a little bit of time in your day

to come back to yourself

Hannah has been treating me for years for various concerns, such as headaches, sleep, muscle tension, TMJ pain, and SI joint dysfunction. She is extremely knowledgeable in anatomy and experienced in various types of movement - I am always learning something new from her.

Hannah provides a deeply nourishing massage treatment and offers therapeutic exercises which have helped me overcome several injuries. She is a lovely human being and a wonderful therapist. I would highly recommend her for your next massage treatment, whether you're looking for overall wellness and relaxation, or have a specific injury or concern.

I offer:

Registered Massage Therapy: Bodywork that deepens your connection to yourself. RMT treatments include a blend of multiple soft tissue techniques including Swedish massage, myofascial release therapy, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, deep tissue massage and many more. Alongside the physical benefits of Massage Therapy, I put a strong emphasis on relaxation to allow your nervous system to integrate changes happening on a physical level.

Infant/Child Massage:  The benefits of massage for infants and children are astounding ranging from deepening your connection with your baby, helping with colic or G-I issues, and increasing relaxation through the use of touch. Through both 1 to 1 and group sessions, I teach parents and caregivers the techniques to confidently use massage with their babies and children at home.

Pre/Post Natal Massage: For the vast majority of people, Massage Therapy is absolutely safe for all stages of pregnancy and postpartum and the benefits are astounding. Research shows us that receiving massage therapy during pregnancy can help to reduce anxiety and depressive symptoms, muscle and joint aches and pains and improve birth outcomes.

Working with new parents in this wild and hazy time is one of the things I enjoy most.

Some accommodations to help you feel at ease during your massage may include positioning changes, altered pressure. and ALL the pillows. Postpartum clients are welcome to bring their baby.

Cesarean Scar Massage: Scar tissue massage is an essential component to recovery from a cesarean birth. As the scar heals fascial work around and on the scar can help accelerate the healing process and prevent complications months or years after your surgery. Scar massage appointments include a combination of hands on work and education so you can incorporate scar massage into your daily recovery process. Note: separate rates apply.

Reduced Rate Appointments: In order to make my services accessible to as many people as possible, I offer a limited number of reduced rate appointments each week.

Consider booking this appointment if you:
