Welcome to this 8-Week Strength Training Class - IN PERSON

I’m thrilled you’ll be joining us for an IN PERSON strength training class. Get ready to embark on 8 weeks of towards greater strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

Here’s What to Expect Next:

  1. Confirmation Email: You will receive an e-mail confirming your registration over the next few days

  2. Prep for Your First Class:

    • Attire: Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes and lace up shoes. The less padding better!

    • Gear: Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, all other equipment will be provided for you.

    • Babies welcome: Babies that aren’t able to walk and move around are welcome to come!
