Toronto’s GO TO pregnancy strength training class
Move Your Bump is a prenatal movement class designed for any stage of pregnancy focused on building strength, improving mobility, and preparing your body for birth.
Led by a coach trained in pregnancy and postpartum fitness, this small group class (max 8 people) offers individualized modifications, evidence-informed guidance, and a supportive community of other pregnant folks.
Whether you're in your first trimester or nearing your due date, you'll learn how to move in ways that feel good, keep you active, and help you feel strong and ready for what's ahead.

A Movement Class That Actually Gets Pregnancy
Let’s be honest — there’s a lot of outdated info out there when it comes to prenatal exercise.
This class is rooted in current research, practical experience, and the belief that pregnancy is not a limitation—it’s a phase of life that deserves smart, intentional movement.
Here’s the truth —what we thought we knew about prenatal exercise has changed.
It used to be that only certain movements were deemed “safe” during pregnancy. But with more up-to-date research and a better understanding of the pregnant body, we now know there’s no universal list of “do” and “don’t.”
Instead, we tailor movement to the individual based off of body readiness. That’s where Move Your Bump comes in.

This Isn’t Your Average Prenatal Movement Class
Move Your Bump is built around three key pillars: strength training, mobility, and birth prep because pregnancy deserves more than vague advice and a recommendation to ‘just do yoga’. You need movement that meets you where you’re at. And that includes:
Strength Training
Feel capable in your changing body. Build and maintain strength throughout pregnancy to support your joints, strengthen your core, and carry the physical load of pregnancy (and parenthood) with more ease. Learn how to lift in ways that feel good, safe, and sustainable—no experience needed. Yes, we will squat, we will deadlift and you will feel like a f*ing badass doing it!
Mobility
Move with more ease and less discomfort. Pregnancy can bring all sorts of shifts—postural shifts, weight changes . This class includes mobility work specifically designed to help manage the changes that occur during pregnancy and help you move better, reduce pain, and feel more at home in your body as it changes.
Birth Prep
Prepare for the event of a lifetime. Birth is one of the most physically and mentally demanding things you’ll ever do. We'll incorporate movement that supports optimal positioning, breath awareness, core and pelvic floor function, and recovery. It’s not just about getting through labour—it’s about preparing your body to work with you.
This is a space for pregnant folks in any trimester to move intentionally, with the guidance of a coach who specializes in pregnancy and postpartum—and the support of a small, welcoming community who gets it.

Why Exercise during Pregnancy?
Staying active during pregnancy isn’t just “nice to have.” It’s beneficial for your health, your baby’s health, and your overall well-being.

Meet Your Coach
Hey, I’m Hannah (she/her), and I’m so glad you’re here!
As a strength and conditioning coach with specialized training in pregnancy and postpartum, I bring a deep understanding of movement and a sharp eye for detail to every class.
With a master’s degree in dance science and over a decade of experience training folks of all ages and ability including elite athletes, professional dancers as well as those in the perinatal season of life, I’m all about helping you build strength in a way that feels good for your body.
Strength training isn’t just about lifting weights—it’s about moving in community, feeling strong and capable in your life, and knowing you’re building strong bodies that can carry you through your very demanding life.
And that is exactly what these classes are all about. This is a space where every body is welcome, absolutely no diet talk or body shaming —just connection, and movement that meets you where you’re at. I can’t wait to train with you!
