Having worked with people of all different abilities including dancers, children, elderly and people with Parkinson's, I understand the unique and individual needs of each body. I have confidence in my experience and skills and understand the complexity of the human body. Most importantly, I believe in the importance of healthy training to reduce injury risks, increase energy levels and create overall health improvements.
And most importantly, sessions are FUN! I come from a background in dance and music. I strive to not only deliver fitness sessions but install some creativity, a variety of dynamic movements while remaining challenging and giving you that 'push' you just can't get training alone.
