In my many forms of work, I look at ways to optimize a dancers performance, decrease their risk of injury and keep them dancing happier and healthier for years.
For dancers: I work with individual dancers and dance schools to help dancers optimize their performance potential. I do this through one to one sessions, individualized injury rehab work, supplementary training classes or educational workshops. Whether it be how to add supplementary strength and conditioning work into your practice, learn imagery techniques to improve your performance while decreasing your risk of injury, or learn the anatomy of the body, my workshops spread over a wide range of topics.
For teachers: I offer workshops and courses aimed at teachers to ensure you are teaching safe and effectively and giving your students the tools they need improve their performance and stay injury free.

As a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Pilates Instructor I offer supplementary training to dancers. Often, dance class is not enough to keep a dancer as fit as is demanded for performance. The primary goal of technique class is NOT to train a dancers fitness level but to work on skill, artistry, creativity and performance quality.
